Known as the “rags to impact coach” having gone from sweeping factory floors with little prospects to becoming an Oxford University MSc graduate, go to global thought-leader on equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Holistic Life, Career and Executive coach.

He has worked with top organisations such as the UN, Houses of Commons and the Lords, Bank of England, Goldman Sachs and Google, among others. Not only has he been invited to No. 10 Downing Street in recognition of his extensive work and impact on workplace and societal ED&I, but has also shared the stage with global leaders such as Members of the European Parliament, former Vice President of Zambia Guy Scott, King Letsie 111 of Lesotho and globally renowned African democracy advocate and billionaire Mo Ibrahim.

He is also an extensively published poet and author and has been featured in a Penguin book entitled Everyday Ubuntu forwarded by global human rights icon Archbishop Desmond Tutu. He is currently Head of Growth & Innovation at Righttrack Learning, a company that delivers ED&I developing training for organisations.
